The photo above is a mural on a wall in Venice Florida. It's a long wall surrounding a mobile home complex with all different colorful circus scenes running the entire length. Venice was once the winter home to the Ringling Circus.
As you all know I'll just be posting my own photo instead of featured photos for now. You still won't miss a thing if you make the rounds to visit the other participants!

Oh, The Ringling Brothers and the Barnum & Bailey Circus are here playing at the Staples Center until the 12th. I love murals and this is a colorful one. Lately I have been taking photographs of murals in our area. Nice post, Martha!
Nice mural Martha. I think I'll go to Punta Gorda tomorrow and do the walking tour of their murals.

I think the critters I found would work nicely in that circus... they are a bit odd and colorful in more ways than one.
